Purchases and Payments
We accept the following forms of payment:

In the event that your card payments are unauthorised, you will receive an email from us making you aware and your order status will change to Pending. Once payment has been made, your order will be processed. All payments shall be in GBP.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that- in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
Returns Policy
We love our skincare and we hope you will too! We check, inspect and hand pack all items ourselves before shipping to make sure they're perfect. If for any reason you are unhappy then please let us know by emailing Barnnsoap@hotmail.com to start a returns process. We can only accept returns of products that are unopened, unused and in the same condition it was delivered in. We cannot accept an item that has a broken tamper seal. Free shipping is only available at certain times using a discount. As such, if items are returned and a code was used in your original order, this may take your order value below the "Free when you spend ***" offer, and the shipping discount will be reclaimed.
We cannot accept returns of any products purchased through a stockist or third party website. We cannot accept returns of goods purchased during a sale or by using a giftcard.

Damages and issues
If you've received your parcel and it is damaged, you will need to contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We handle damage claims on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you have any issues!
Lost or Stolen Packages
We use Royal Mail to deliver our packages, please allow 14 days from the date of your shipping confirmation for your parcel to arrive. If you believe your parcel has been lost please email Barnnsoap@hotmail.com and we will investigate what has gone wrong. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
Promotional Policy
From time to time we will offer customers promotions, and these can include discounts, coupons, skincare bundles and free delivery. All promotions are limited to one use per basket.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
